Refund Policy

AABA provides a range of training courses, certification preparation services, and related training services, all available in electronic format and accessible within hours or days.

We recognize that our services may occasionally fall short of expectations, and in such instances, we will try our best to resolve the issue at the earliest. While we do not entertain “change of mind” refund; we offer refunds under specific conditions outlined below:

If you are still dissatisfied with the delivery of a purchased course, you are eligible for a refund, subject to the following conditions:

–  Our refund policy will only apply if you have completed less than 10% of the entire course content, and 
–  The claim for refund should be made within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Please note that 5% of the purchase amount will be deducted for service and administrative fees.
