Life's little mysteries
Jul 24th, 2009, 10:39am

A couple of years ago, walking through one of our paddocks, I found a brand spanking new 250 mm long stainless steel bolt with nut attached. It would have weighed pretty close to 1 kg and certainly much too heavy for a bird to carry.

Yesterday, in the very middle of our largest paddock (about 10 acres) I found a 950 mm long surf body board. Our nearest surf beach is about 150 km away.

Has anyone else experienced such strange findings?

Well, I woke up one day to discover some mongrel had switched bonnets in the night:

Some stray Parramatta supporter in Saints heartland out for a lark perhaps?
