Showing, Shows, and Events AABA and Alpaca Shows
AABA is a forward thinking, industry-focused and inclusive organisation, and in accordance with its rules and prime tenets intends to allow any registered alpaca to be eligible for showing in an AABA show.
AABA was launched with the primary aim of being industry and member focused. AABA is not in competition with any other association, but sees itself as a necessary adjunct to a growing and vital industry.
In the case of an alpaca being entered in an AABA show that is registered on any other register other than the Australasian Alpaca Register (AAR), a small additional administrative fee could apply.
It is our hope that other alpaca associations will display the same courtesy in return, for alpacas registered on the AAR.
This is an AABA initiative that we feel is in the best interests of all alpaca breeders and the industry itself.
We hope that you will join us at our first show, which is in the initial planning stages. Details to be released later.
